Smart Cart for Double Edge Tape Splicing

Our new Smart Cart allows you to splice carrier tapes with our new Double Edge Splice Tapes right at the tape feeder, on the assembly line, while it is running. This portable cart has a built-in tray to hold at least 4 different size splice tapes. The drawer style reel holder on the side can hold up to (6) 13 inch reels. The cart also holds our new stapler style adjustable pitch Tape Cutter and Foldable Alignment Jig with large loop lock fasteners. A convenient cut-out with hooks allows for a waste bag to collect all your clippings and other trash generated by splicing. Now you can bring your work surface with you for unparalleled ease spicing new reels of tape to your soon to be empty reels.
