Our Tape Splicing Cart for Tooled Tape Splicing allows you to splice carrier tapes with our Clip and Splice Tapes (K.CLSPxx), or Lead Frame  Clips and Splices (K.BRS and K.BRSLF) right at the tape feeder, on the assembly line, while it is running. This portable cart has a tray style top to hold boxes of various size splice tapes. There is a reel arm that can hold various sizes of new component reels, and we include two different mounting blocks to hold either our K.SPL, or our K.SPLLF splice tools. You can also store your different types of scissor style cutters in the side mounted holder, or mount a stapler style cutter directly to the top of the cart. A fiberboard trash bin is conveniently mounted below the work surface to collect all your clippings and other trash generated by splicing. Now you can bring your work surface with you for unparalleled ease spicing new reels of tape to your soon to be empty reels.
